Here's a few dumb things that have happend to me with DVD's -After watching our first DVD, my wife(AKA: Altaira) asked: "Where's the rewind button?" That got funny looks from my Dad, as well as my Mom. Me, I just busted-out laughing. -I bought a copy of "Batman"(the Micheal Keaton one) from Wal-Mart only to find no disc in the case...Wal-Mart was nice enough to let me exchange it for a "full" one. -Never having seen "Kill Bill Vol. 1" at the theater, I assumed that when they beeped-out The Brides' name it was a defect...I exchanged that one 3 times at 3 different Wal-Marts untill I just let it play and they beeped that name again at the House of Blue Leaves, and then the light-bulb went on! Oh good-one C.N.!

I've bought a few dvds without ever having watched the film before. I've been burned a few times. I'm sure some of you actually enjoyed "About Schmit" starring Jack Nicholson. To me the film just plodded along without anything happening. I bought the recent remake of the Stepford Wives without actually watching it first. Ugh... There are others but I guess my brain is trying to purge the information from my infirm grey matter.

Just bought season 1 of Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. When I got home and opened the package I found disc 2, disc 3 and disc 3 of three discs. I refused to watch any of it until I had the first dvd. The next day I exchanged it for one that contains disc 1,2, and 3 which is much better indeed. :-)
