www.comicbase.com/Recently it was suggested to me to try using Comicbase software to manage my comic collection. I have had a copy of the software lying around a while since I ran across it a couple of years ago but I haven't yet taken the time to input my collection since I haven't had much free time. However I am inspired to give the software a go and I'll let you know how it works out. As it turns out my version of Comicbase is pretty old as the newest release is up to version 16. I have taken a look at some of the basic features and frankly it looks like just what the doctor ordered. In the mean time our on line lists here at Glurpworld will have to suffice. FYI TAC

Well as it turns out either I have an ancient version of comicbase that was, at the time, a stand alone bit of software or I have a program with a similar name as "ComicBase". The program referred to in my first post is apparently either a partially or fully online management program which is VERY different from what I have. (I've been looking but haven't yet found my installation cd) I'll have to look into the program more as it also appears to be an ongoing subscription service. Fortunately you can download a free version of the software to try. The free example has a limit of 500 comics and probably doesn't have all of the features that the full version has but it looks like a great way to get acquainted with the service.
